March

MARCH

Well March has been a bit of a crazy month! I have been mega busy at the weekends seeing people and trying to enjoy myself, making up for the extremely quiet working days. Work this month has gone very quiet, its just the time of the year but I would much rather prefer things to go quickly and be busy!

LONDON
But yes I have been up to a lot, had a few trips to London as its so cheap and easy now!

My parents went down at the start of the month for a theatre / meal visit that we had organised for them and me and my brother joined. We visited some awesome bars and had a good walk around the city and went to some great locations I had never been before. There was Secret Basement Bars and an epic Chinese in China Town! We also visited the Transport For London Museum for my dads birthday and I got to get in the drivers seat of a bus! Okay I didn't actually drive it but hey look at me!

DAD's 50th

A week later I went back home and got to see some of my friends and all of my family at a huge get together which was all in aid of my dads 50th Birthday! The big 5 0 and it was a fancy dress!! Theme - 70s and 80s and I went as a Thunderbird (which is technically 60s) but it was on TV throughout the 70s and 80s and was a favourite of my dad. My brother did the same so we looked epic! It was a really good night and was awesome seeing everyone and having a good laugh and look at my dads cake! How awesome is that!!! Based on my dads favourite bus haha!

I got a litttttle (lottle) drunk and was very hungover the next day for the 6 hour journey back!!!

Other than that I have had a few days with friends and had some great moments! The weather too has been pretty calm and warm with a taste of summer a few days and I cannot wait! Look at this, its the beach at the end of my road! Golden sands and blue sea, in the UK?!

Also, during the month: there has been the mystery of the missing

Malaysian Airlines flight MH370
Its crazy how this could have happened, a plane so big to go missing on a planet in which people have GPS on their phones! The whole thing is very mysterious and with the current developments of possible debris found in the Southern Indian Ocean, in the complete opposite direction to where it should be and the fact that nothing has yet been recovered! There are probably hundreds if not thousands of blogs and news stories out of there so I won't go on but I though I'd bring up something many people have pointed out and of course myself have thought. That the whole situation is like the storyline to Oceanic Airlines Flight which crashed in 2004 but this was of course on the fictional TV show LOST! That too went missing over the Pacific and that crashed on a mysterious island. A fake wreckage of the flight was discovered in the Indian Ocean months later.

There are quotes from the show and similarities which eerily are similar to the current situation.

Jack: Season 1 -
"Six hours in our radio went out. No one could see us. We turned back to land in Fiji. By the time we hit turbulence, we were thousands of miles off course. They're looking for us in the wrong place."
Back in 2007 I made this short video in which I made a mock up of what it would be like if Oceanic Airlines was on BBC news. It is interesting to hear how they may have looked for this plane if this was real by listening to the news channels everyday at the moment.

It is sad that there are no survivors in this mysterious disaster of the Malaysian Airlines and may the all RIP.

LOST
Speaking of LOST, earlier this month to celebrate 10 years since the year LOST began some of our favourite cast along with Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse reunited at Paleyfest and answered some questions!

It was great to see them all together, it is a shame they didn't discuss current projects and life after LOST and also the possibility of the future of LOST with 24 and Heroes being reborn. But it was great to have all my friends on stage. I felt quite emotional when they all came on - I felt 'aww look its my old friends.'

GODZILLA

There has been a few trailers for the new Godzilla and oh my goooooodness it looks fantastic! I am a huge Godzilla fan!

There has been some great songs around too, this one is currently number one in the UK and is a perfect summer song and I cannot wait to listen to it out by the pool on holiday! The video is epic too and its amazing to think that I have been lucky enough to have been there! Take a look!

 DUKE DUMONT

Another great song which is out in the next weeks is this one. The return of The Klaxons and its such a good song!

THE KLAXONS

But other than that an okay month! :) April looks to be good month: A big Uni Reunion in London, Easter weekend, warmer weather and of course this: THE RETURN OF

GAME OF THRONES

Hope your month has been fun too!
