So it was the start of July the other day, and up to now its been drab and dreary but I have some good news for you! Sunshine and heat is on the way!
June the first of the Summer months was a rather dry month with 2/3 of rainfall we normally have. It was probably the first month of the year that was not record breaking; it had average temperatures with the warmest day being on the last day of June reaching 27C.
So this weekend is when we will get our true first taste of summer. High pressure is pushing in after the rain on Thursday. Light winds will follow and with lots of sunshine the temperatures will reach into the mid twenties and may even reach up to 28C. Mondays weather may even be hotter! As for how long this will last, its a bit uncertain but plans for this weekend its gonna be hot hot hot Get out those BBQs!
