Another Dry and Bright Bank Holiday Weekend?!

Yes, you heard that?! Another bank holiday weekend which has pretty decent weather! Its not gonna be no heatwave, but for most people in the UK its going to be dry and sunny. There as an increased chance of rain into Bank Holiday Monday, but Saturday and Sunday look great with temperatures up to 17C. It'll be great weather for the hundreds of events taking place around the UK and will be great for gardeners, walkers, DIY and BBQs!

This will be the second bank holiday this month which has been good weather. A rarity in the UK! Though temperatures won't reach as high as the previous bank holiday.

The warmer weekend comes after a cool week, with temperatures below average. This spring in fact has been stated to be one of the coldest for over 30 years! 6th coldest since records began, with March being a very cold month, cooler than the three winter months before. All due to the position of the jet stream. During much of Spring it has been much further South than expected and currently a kink in the jet stream in bringing cool winds from the North! For the next few weeks the Jet stream seems to remain lower and no heatwaves!
