Waking up with a song in your head

There is nothing more satisfying than listening to a song that has been in your head when you wake up!

It is strange what songs are bouncing round you head once you have rose out of bed. Where do they come from? The majority of the time they are pretty random and make no sense. Whether they are a soundtrack to your dreams or just random tunes, who knows!

 

This morning I woke up with the song "Waiting for a Star to Fall" by Boy Meets Girl.

 

A song from 1988!!! I wasn't even born when this song came out, but I have definitely heard it and it is one huge tune! Pretty uplifting too, as an 80s power ballad is. So I found the song on youtube and there is something satisfying listening to it, especially when its a song you haven't heard in ages, or whether its a song you don't know the name of and manage to find!

 

So here is the song bouncing round my head this morning, take a listen it will be a great start to your day!
